This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data provided by users through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) made available by WINTERMAN SOLVIMAR, SLP to internet users. This policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice, accessible at any time from the Portal.

Purpose of Data Processing

WINTERMAN SOLVIMAR, SLP processes user data to respond to requests submitted through the Portal. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose may include:

a) Managing user registration on the platform: Personal data will be used to identify you as a registered user and give access to platform features, products, and services.
b) Communicating with the user via email, phone, SMS, or similar, about platform features, updates, or service information.

If the user registers through a social login, only the data authorized during that process will be accessed. Any information shared via social applications may be accessed by other network members and is subject to the third-party privacy policies.
